Dr. John Graham
Dr. John Graham received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He received his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, and then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After medical school, Dr. Graham completed an internship in general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital followed by training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Following his surgical training, Dr. Graham received his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Rochester/Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. |

Dr. John Flucke
Dr. John Flucke was born and raised in Kansas City. He received his DDS degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1987. He has practiced in Lee's Summit since 1989 and was pleased to open his new state of the art facility in 2007. Dr. Flucke's passion is technology and he is always looking for the latest development to benefit his patients. Shortly after graduating from dental school, Dr. Flucke became fascinated with the emerging field of technology in health care. He began incorporating digital technologies and saw the benefits in treatment and education his patients received. Energized by his experiences, Dr. Flucke began writing articles on all aspects of technology for a dental newsletter. This, in turn, evolved into clinical testing for dental manufacturers and lecturing at major dental meetings. Now, several years later, he is well respected for his knowledge and achievements in the industry. Dr. Flucke is the Technology Editor of Dental Products Report magazine. He is the Peer Review Chairman for the State of Missouri and past president of the Greater Kansas City Dental Society. |

Dr. Scott Ganz
Dr. Scott D. Ganz graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry – New Jersey Dental School. He completed a three-year specialty program in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Ganz is well- published in various scientific and professional journals (over 50 articles). He has delivered presentations both nationally and internationally on the Prosthetic and Surgical phases of Implant Dentistry and is considered a leader in the field of Computer Utilization for Diagnostic, Graphical, and Treatment Planning Applications in Dentistry. Dr. Ganz has been a featured speaker worldwide for numerous organizations including the Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, The American College of Prosthodontists, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, The European Academy of Osseointegration, and The American Society of Osseointegration. He currently serves as Assistant Editor for the peer-reviewed journal, Implant Dentistry,and the editorial staff of Practical Procedures and Aesthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Ganz has served as a consultant for numerous companies involved with dental implants, imaging, and the high technology arena for the past thirteen years. Dr. Ganz is a Past President of the N.J. Section of the American College of Prosthodontists, and has been very involved with the National Organization. He also developed and maintains an internet Forum on interactive CT scanning technology, and is a founding member of the SIMPlant Academy, and co-founder of Kinetic Guidance (www.kineticguidence.com). |

Dr. Steven Guttenberg
Dr. Guttenberg is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, practicing the full scope of his specialty in Washington, DC where he is Director of the Washington Institute for Mouth, Face and Jaw Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, of which he is currently the Immediate Past-President. Dr. Guttenberg is a member of the teaching staff at the Washington Hospital Center and is the chairman of its Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Training and Education Committee. He is a frequent lecturer throughout the United States and abroad as well. Doctor Guttenberg has written numerous scientific articles and book chapters which have been published in the dental and medical literature. |

Ms. Kim Innocent
Kimberly has been the administrator of operations and staffing at Sudbrink Oral Surgery Associates, PC for the past 6 years and is Vice President and Operational Advisor for Practice Solutions, LLC. She is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders. Prior to joining Sudbrink Oral Surgery Associates, PC she was in charge of 12 large multi-specialty medical practices. Kimberly takes her exceptional skills and her experience with the Susquehanna Valley Dental Study Club and applies them with a winning attitude in her operations with Practice Solutions, LLC. Currently she is pursuing her Masters in Healthcare Administration through Drexel University where she is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. |

Mr. Art Curley
Mr. Curley is a senior trial attorney in the San Francisco based health care defense firm of Bradley, Curley, Asiano, Barrabee & Gale, P.C.. After graduating from UC Berkeley with honors in 1970, he obtained his JD in 1974 from the University of California, Hastings School of Law in San Francisco and is currently an Assistant Professor of Dental Jurisprudence at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. As a trial attorney he has been defending doctors for over 30 years and has given risk management courses throughout the United States. He is an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Curley has published several articles on risk management and authored chapters in text books: Babbush (Implants), Peterson (Oral Surgery), Cohen (Endodontics) and Block (Implants). |

Dr. Terry Myers
Dr. Terry Myers completed his residency in advanced general dentistry and served as an instructor in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program and director of the faculty practice at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He is a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the Dental Sleep Disorder Society. Dr. Myers is on the board of directors at Research Belton Foundation and is a participating provider for the dental care program to improve children’s den tal care. His private practice is in Belton, MO. |

Dr. David Hatcher
David C. Hatcher, D.D.S., M.Sc., M.R.C.D.(c) received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Washington in 1973. Subsequently he completed two years active duty in the U.S. Public Health Service and a one year general practice residency program at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Following three years as an instructor and one year as acting director of the general practice residency and the hospital dental clinical at the University of Washington, Dr. Hatcher entered the graduate program in radiology at the University of Toronto and was granted a specialty degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in 1982 and an M.Sc. in 1983. His thesis topic dealt with radiology of mandibular dysfunction. Dr. Hatcher was an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Division of Radiology for five years at the University of Alberta, Canada. He was also Director of the Temporomandibular Joint Investigation Unit and Clinic while at the University of Alberta. Presently Dr. Hatcher is in private practice in Sacramento, California and has faculty appointments at both the University of Southern Nevada and the University of Pacific Dental Schools. He has published many articles and lectured extensively to medial and dental organizations in the United States and Canada. |

Ms. Cindy Rothenberg
Cindy attended CUNYBC, NYCTC for Dental Hygiene as well as post graduate training in Marketing. Cindy has lectured nationally at major association meetings to specialists, general practitioners and all members of the dental auxiliary team. Lectures topics include staff development and motivation, practice management, dental implants, as well as related technology and marketing. Her exclusive “Dental Awareness Campaign”, specializes in developing expanded function Treatment / Implant Coordinators and Computer Training for Cone Beam Related Technology. In conjunction with two decades of clinical dental hygiene, Ms. Rothenberg is the initiator and coordinator of The Forum for Advanced Dental Studies started in 1998.
